  3. Shipping Timeframes: We process and ship orders within 1-3 business days after receiving the order. Shipping timeframes depend on the shipping carrier used and the destination of your order. Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 2-5 business days. International shipping can take up to 14 business days.

  4. Tracking Your Order: Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use the tracking number to track the status of your order on the shipping carrier's website.

  5. Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to PO Boxes. We also do not ship to certain countries due to shipping restrictions or customs regulations. If your order cannot be shipped to your location, we will notify you and issue a refund.
