Warranty Policy

Limited Warranty Coverage

UTOOL Industries ("the Company") warrants that the product purchased ("the Product") will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser ("the Customer").

Warranty Coverage Conditions

1. The Customer must retain the original proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) as evidence of the purchase date to be eligible for warranty service.

2. The warranty applies only to the Product purchased from authorised retailers or directly from the Company.

3. This warranty does not cover defects or damages resulting from:

   • Improper misuse, abuse, or negligence.
   • Use of the Product in a manner contrary to the provided instructions and guidelines.
   • Modification or unauthorised repair of the Product.
   • Acts of nature, accidents, fire, flood, or other external causes.

Warranty Claim Process

If the Customer believes the Product is defective during the warranty period, the Customer must follow the steps below to make a warranty claim:

1. Contact UTOOL Industries customer support via email info@utool.com.au to initiate the warranty claim process.

2. Provide the following information to the customer support representative:

   • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
   • Detailed description of the issue or defect.
   • Serial number of the Product (if applicable).

3. The customer support representative may provide troubleshooting steps or request additional information to assess the issue.

4. If the Product is determined to be defective under the terms of this warranty, UTOOL Industries will, at its discretion, repair or replace the Product free of charge.

Repair or Replacement

• If the Product is repairable, the Company will undertake the necessary repairs or provide replacement parts.
• If the Product is not repairable or beyond economical repair, the Company will replace it with a new or refurbished Product of similar or better specifications.

Limitation of Liability

The maximum liability of UTOOL Industries under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the Product. In no event shall the Company be liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Product.

Governing Law

This warranty shall be governed by the laws of Australia, and any dispute arising under this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

Disclaimer

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty offered by UTOOL Industries, and there are no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

By using the Product, the Customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this warranty policy.

UTOOL Industries reserves the right to modify or update this warranty policy without prior notice.
